| Reflexology: It’s not just a foot massage! Reflexology, or “zone therapy”, is the ancient art of stimulating the nerve endings in the feet & hands (and even the ears) to help balance the body, mind, and spirit. It is relaxing for all forms of physical, mental and emotional stress. Reflexology is primarily used on the feet and is based on the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet that correspond to every organ, gland and part of the body. Using special techniques, the practitioner stimulates these reflexes to promote healing and relaxation.
